We now offer trade in for customers buying a new iPhone, iPad or Mac. Simply bring your older device into our store for assessment and valuation, along with any original packaging and accessories you may have.

You can give us a call on 0266 224 996 to get an estimate of the potential trade in value of your old device at any time. Please have the serial number of the device on hand for us.

To be eligible for trade in, a device must be fully functional and have no significant visible damage. It also must pass Apple diagnostics, which we will assess in store. You must be able to deactivate the Find My Device feature, which requires the Apple ID and password associated with the device.
